Flute Lessons

Teaching Philosophy:
I believe that music can positively influence all of our lives. My goal as an educator is to create a safe and encouraging environment where students from all backgrounds can build confidence through music. I use positive reinforcement to give students a safe, creative place to learn and grow. I use individualized lesson plans to guide my students to achieve their personal musical goals.

My goals for my students include:

• Developing the fundamentals of tone and technique with a focus on body awareness.

• Fostering a deeper appreciation of music and the arts by developing individual expression.

• Embracing the challenge of learning music while also prioritizing personal enjoyment.

Additionally, students will receive help for Solo and Ensemble, honors band, and college audition preparation.
